Registration

Full Participant and Student Registration for PPEPPD includes:

  • Accommodation (May 21 – 25) conveniently located on conference venue
  • Scientific sessions (Invited Lectures, Contributed Talks, Workshops, Poster Sessions)
  • Social events including the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner
  • Conference catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshment breaks)
  • Excursion to the city of Tarragona, World Heritage Site

Accompanying Guest registration includes all social events and conference meals. Accommodation is shared with Full Participant. Guests are not permitted to attend scientific sessions.

  • Full participant (Single-occupancy room): 1650€
  • Full participant (Double-occupancy room): 1400€
  • Student (Shared room): 850€
  • Accompanying person: 750€

Regular registration

  • Full participant (Single-occupancy room): 1900€
  • Full participant (Double-occupancy room): 1650€
  • Student (Shared room/studio): 1000€
  • Accompanying person (with a Single-occupancy room full participant): 850€

Payments via Credit Card or Paypal have a surcharge of 3%

  • To the order of “PPEPPD 2023”. Please specify “FREE OF CHARGE TO THE RECEIVER”. Indicate “PPEPPD2023 REGISTRATION” and the LAST and FIRST name of the participant.

  • Please, send by email to registration@ppeppd.org a copy of your bank transfer making clear the name of the participant to PPEPPD2023. ALL BANK CHARGES SHOULD BE PAID BY THE APPLICANTS

Notes

  • Students should submit by email to registration@ppeppd.org a Certification of their status as student.
  • Accompanying Person registration shall be paired with a Full participant (Single-occupancy room) registration.
  • According to the conference policy, for every oral or poster presentation there should be at least one unique registration paid.

Customs/Entry/Visa Requirements

International visitors must have a valid passport for entry into Spain.  Check to see if your country requires an entry visa.

If you require a Letter of Invitation, please contact the Registration (registration@ppeppd.org) as soon as possible. A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference, and will only be issued once full payment of registration fees has been made. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers.

  1. Confirmation

    2. Your registration and payment will be confirmed by an automatic email. Please use this confirmation as your registration receipt.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    3. Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by email to registration@ppeppd.org.  Refunds will be allowed, based on date of cancellation. Cancellation requests received by:

    • February 28, 2023 – full refund, less 100€ cancellation fee
    • March 15, 2023 – full refund, less 200€ cancellation fee
    • April 14, 2023 – full refund, less 400€ cancellation fee
    • After April 15, 2023 – no refund allowed
  3. Letter of Invitation

    4. A Letter of Invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers. If you require a Letter of Invitation, please contact the Registration Secretariat at registration@ppeppd.org as soon as possible. Please note that your registration must be complete and paid in full before a Letter of Invitation will be issued.

  4. Photo and video release

    5. Photos and videos may be taken during PPEPPD 2023. These photos may be used in other publications, brochures, website, social media, mobile apps to promote PPEPPD. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.
